Repoint to the New Hubio Fleet Platform

As of November 2017, we will be redirecting you to our new, upgraded platform.

You will not need to upgrade your hardware to access the new platform and we will provide further updates over the coming weeks.

We will be webinars on the 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st of October. These webinars will give you a guided tour, showing you how to access your reports, new features that are available and how to best utilise the new platform. You can register for these by clicking the “register” button below.

FAQ

Will there be training available?

Yes, as we hope to make the transition as smooth as possible. In order to make this possible we will be hosting a number of webinars before the repoint so that you are comfortable with the new Hubio Fleet platform.

Do i need to change my hardware?

No, you can keep your current hardware and still use the new platform.

However, there will be elements of the new system that will not work such as the video features. In order to fully utilise these you would need to upgrade to our Integrated 3G camera and tracker.

Will I still have the same login details?

No, we will be sending out the new credentials to the main contact details we have. If you believe these may be different, please contact us by emailing info@hubiofleet.com or calling 0330 100 3353.

Will I have to upload all my vehicles again?

No, as part of the repoint all vehicles will be moved across and appear as normal.
